Sec. 134. (a) The authority provided by subsection (m)(3) of section 8162 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2000 (40 U.S.C. 8903 note; Public Law 106–79) shall continue in effect through the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act.(b) Section 419(b) of division G of Public Law 114–113 shall not apply during the period covered by this Act.
