Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund (including rescission) For an additional amount for “Water and sewer enterprise fund”, $12,026,000: Provided, That of the funds appropriated under this heading for fiscal year 1990 in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 1990, approved November 21, 1989 (Public Law 101–168; 103 Stat. 1274), $17,680,000 are rescinded, including $697,000 for debt service and $13,951,000 for pay-as-you-go capital, for a net decrease of $5,654,000.
