FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT Unanticipated Needs for Natural Disasters For an additional amount for “Unanticipated Needs for Natural Disasters”, $5,000,000, to remain available until expended, to enable the President to meet unanticipated needs arising from natural disasters occurring on March 13, 1990: Provided, That, notwithstanding any other provision of law, not less than $2,500,000 of such additional amount shall be available to meet disaster assistance needs in the State of Nebraska, and not less than $2,500,000 shall be available to meet disaster assistance needs in the State of Kansas.
