SEC. 4075. CLARIFICATION OF COVERAGE OF DRUGS USED IN IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE THERAPY. (a) In General.— Section 1861(s)(2)(J) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395x(s)(2)(J)) is amended by striking “immunosuppressive drugs” and inserting “prescription drugs used in immunosuppressive therapy”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to drugs dispensed on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
