SECTION 1. CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO CANAL NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK COMMISSION. (a) Vacancy.—Section 6(c) of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Development Act (16 U.S.C. 410y–4(c)) is amended by adding at the end the following: “A member may serve after the expiration of his term until his successor has taken office.”. (b) Termination.—Section 6(g) of such Act (16 U.S.C. 410y–4(g)) is amended by striking “twenty” and inserting “thirty”.
