SEC. 601. REPEAL OF NOAA OCEANS AND HUMAN HEALTH INITIATIVE REPORT. Section 904 of the Oceans and Human Health Act (33 U.S.C. 3103) is amended—130 STAT. 1999 (1) in subsection (a), by striking “(a) In General.—” and indenting appropriately; and(2) by striking subsection (b).
