SEC. 846. REPEAL OF MAJOR AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS PROVISIONS. Effective September 30, 2017—(1) chapter 144A of title 10, United States Code, is repealed;(2) the tables of chapters at the beginning of subtitle A of such title, and at the beginning of part IV of subtitle A, are amended by striking the item relating to chapter 144A; and(3) section 2334(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “or a major automated information system under chapter 144A of this title”.
