SEC. 4080. PART B PREMIUM. Section 1839 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395r) is amended— (1) in subsection (e), by striking “1989” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “1990”; (2) in subsection (f)(1), by striking “or 1987” and inserting in lieu thereof “1987, or 1988”; and (3) in subsection (f)(2), by striking “or 1988” and inserting in lieu thereof “1988, or 1989”.
