EXTENSION OF HIGHWAY TRUST FUND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY.

SEC. 2001. EXTENSION OF HIGHWAY TRUST FUND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY.(a) Highway Trust Fund.—Section 9503 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended—(1) by striking “August 1, 2015” in subsections (b)(6)(B), (c)(1), and (e)(3) and inserting “October 30, 2015”, and(2) by striking “Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2015” in subsections (c)(1) and (e)(3) and inserting “Surface 129 STAT. 454 Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015”.(b) Sport Fish Restoration and Boating Trust Fund.—Section 9504 of such Code is amended—(1) by striking “Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2015” each place it appears in subsection (b)(2) and inserting “Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015”, and(2) by striking “August 1, 2015” in subsection (d)(2) and inserting “October 30, 2015”.(c) Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund.—Section 9508(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking “August 1, 2015” and inserting “October 30, 2015”.
