SEC. 882. EXAMINATION AND GUIDANCE RELATING TO OVERSIGHT AND APPROVAL OF SERVICES CONTRACTS. Not later than March 1, 2016, the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics shall—(1) complete an examination of the decision authority related to acquisition of services; and(2) develop and issue guidance to improve capabilities and processes related to requirements development and source selection for, and oversight and management of, services contracts.
