SEC. 523. EXPANSION OF AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT PILOT PROGRAMS ON CAREER FLEXIBILITY TO ENHANCE RETENTION OF MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.(a) Repeal of Limitation on Eligible Participants.—Subsection (b) of section 533 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417; 10 U.S.C. prec. 701 note) is repealed.(b) Repeal of Limitation on Number of Participants.—Subsection (c) of section 533 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417; 10 U.S.C. prec. 701 note) is repealed.(c) Conforming Amendments.—Section 533 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417; 10 U.S.C. prec. 701 note) is further amended—(1) by redesignating subsections (d) through (m) as subsections (b) through (k), respectively; and129 STAT. 813(2) in subsections (b)(1), (d), and (f)(3)(D) (as so redesignated), by striking “subsection (e)” each place it appears and inserting “subsection (c)”.
