SEC. 1044. REPEAL OF SEMIANNUAL REPORTS ON OBLIGATION AND EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE COMBATING TERRORISM PROGRAM. Section 229 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking subsection (d); and(2) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (d).
