SEC. 6024. COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT. The Secretary may solicit the support of, and identify opportunities to collaborate with, other Federal research agencies and 129 STAT. 1586 national laboratories to assist in the effective and efficient pursuit and resolution of research challenges identified by the Secretary.
