SEC. 5518. COVERED FARM VEHICLES. Section 32934(b)(1) of MAP–21 (49 U.S.C. 31136 note) is amended by striking “from” and all that follows through the period at end and inserting the following: “from—“(A) a requirement described in subsection (a) or a compatible State requirement; or“(B) any other minimum standard provided by a State relating to the operation of that vehicle.”.
