SEC. 4116. WAIVER AUTHORITY UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM FOR THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS. Section 1902(j) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396a(j)) is amended— (1) by inserting “and the Northern Mariana Islands” after “American Samoa” the first place it appears; and (2) by inserting “or the Northern Mariana Islands” after “American Samoa” the second place it appears.
