DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY ENERGY PROGRAMS Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability For an additional amount for “Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability”, $13,000,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, including technical assistance related to electric grids: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. Strategic Petroleum Reserve For an additional amount for “Strategic Petroleum Reserve”, $8,716,000, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses related to damages caused by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
