Environmental Protection Agency hazardous substance superfund For an additional amount for “Hazardous Substance Superfund” for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, $6,200,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. leaking underground storage tank trust fund program For an additional amount for “Leaking Underground Storage Tank Fund” for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, $7,000,000, to remain 132 STAT. 90 available until expended: Provided, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. state and tribal assistance grants For an additional amount for “State and Tribal Assistance Grants” for necessary expenses related to the consequences of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria for the hazardous waste financial assistance grants program and for other solid waste management activities, $50,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That none of these funds allocated within Region 2 shall be subject to cost share requirements under section 3011(b) of the Solid Waste Disposal Act: Provided further, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
