(a) In General.— Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.30.69 2,6-Dichlorobenzonitrile (provided for in subheading 2926.90.10) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/92 ” (b) With Inerts.— Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.38.14 Mixtures of 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile and inerts (provided for in subheading 3808.30.10) Free No change No change On or before 12/31/92 ”
