Subchapter II of chapter 99 is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new heading: “ 9902.84.83 Motor vehicle parts, provided for in subheading 7014.00.20 or heading 8483 No change Free (B) No change (A,C,E,JL) No change On or before the date proclaimed by the President providing such duty free entry under such subheading or heading ”
