SEC. 479B. BROOMS. (a) In General.— Chapter 96 is amended— (1) by inserting “wholly or in part” after “Whiskbrooms,” in the superior article description for subheading 9603.10.10; and (2) by inserting “wholly or in part” after “Other brooms,” in the superior article description for subheading 9603.10.40. (b) Effective Date.— The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to articles entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after the date that is 15 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
