SEC. 481. RENEWAL OF EXISTING CUSTOMS EXEMPTION APPLICABLE TO BICYCLE PARTS IN FOREIGN TRADE ZONES. Section 3(b) of the Act of June 18, 1934 (commonly known as the Foreign Trade Zones Act, 19 U.S.C. 81c(b)), is amended by striking out “before January 1, 1991” and inserting in lieu thereof “on or before December 31, 1992”.
