NUCLEAR MAGNETIC SPECTROMETER.

SEC. 484D. NUCLEAR MAGNETIC SPECTROMETER. The Secretary of the Treasury shall admit free of duty a Phillips Medical Systems 4 tesla nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer for the use of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. If the liquidation of the entry of the spectrometer be-comes final before the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury, notwithstanding any other provisions of law, shall— (1) within 15 days after such date, reliquidate the entry in accordance with the provisions of this Act, and (2) at the time of such reliquidation, make the appropriate refund of any duty paid with respect to the entry.
