CERTAIN METHANOL ENTRIES.

SEC. 484K. CERTAIN METHANOL ENTRIES. Notwithstanding section 514 or 520 of the Tariff Act of 1930 or any other provision of law, the Secretary of the Treasury shall— (1) reliquidate as free of duty— (A) Entry No. 85322102–3, dated June 21, 1985, and (B) Entry No. 85603168–9, dated September 20, 1985, made at New York, New York, that consists of methanol, and (2) refund any duties paid with respect to such entries, if the appropriate certification of actual use for such entries is submitted to the appropriate customs officer by no later than the date that is 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
