SEC. 484M. CERTAIN FILMS AND RECORDINGS. Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 or any other provision of law, upon request filed with the appropriate customs officer within 180 days of the date of enactment of this Act, any entry, or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption, of any article described in items 960.50 through 960.70 of the Appendix to the Tariff Schedules of the United States (as in effect on August 11, 1985) which was made after August 11, 1985, and before January 1, 1987, shall be liquidated or reliquidated as though such entry or withdrawal had been made on August 11, 1985 and the Secretary of the Treasury shall make the appropriate refund of any duties paid with respect to such entry or withdrawal.
