SEC. 3525. CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN. Section 2902(a) of title 14, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “On the date” and inserting “Not later than 60 days after the date”;132 STAT. 2317(2) in paragraph (1)(D), by striking “and”; and(3) by inserting after paragraph (1)(E) the following:“(F) projected commissioning and decommissioning dates for each asset; and”.
