SEC. 104. REAUTHORIZATION; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Section 740A (21 U.S.C. 379j–13) is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by striking “2013” and inserting “2018”;(2) by striking “2014” each place it appears in subsections (a) and (b) and inserting “2019”; and(3) in subsection (d), by striking “2018” each place it appears and inserting “2023”.
