SEC. 301. USE OF FUNDS. Section 302(b) of the Act (20 U.S.C. 2352(b)) is amended by— (1) redesignating paragraphs (6) and (7) as paragraphs (7) and (8), respectively; and (2) inserting the following new paragraph (6) after paragraph (5): “(6) model programs for school dropouts;”.
