SEC. 9034. TRANSFER TO RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACCOUNT. Subsection (c)(1)(A) of section 224 of the Railroad Retirement Solvency Act of 1983 (relating to section 72(r) revenue increase transferred to certain railroad accounts) is amended— (1) by inserting “(other than amounts described in subparagraph (B))” after “amounts”; (2) by striking “1988” and inserting “1989”; and (3) by striking the last sentence.
