SEC. 9101. PERMANENT EXTENSION OF DISREGARD OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS’ IN-KIND ASSISTANCE TO SSI AND AFDC RECIPIENTS. Effective as of October 1, 1987, section 2639(d) of the Deficit Reduction Act of 1984 is amended by striking “; but” and all that follows and inserting a period.
