ACQUISITION OF WILLIAM JOHNSON HOUSE.

SECTION 1. ACQUISITION OF WILLIAM JOHNSON HOUSE. (a) Inclusion Within Natchez National Historical Park.— Section 2(b) of the Act entitled “An Act to create a national park at Natchez, Mississippi” (16 U.S.C. 410oo–1(b)) is amended by inserting after paragraph (2) the following new paragraph: “(3) The lands and structures known as the William Johnson House, together with all personal property located on such lands, and the building adjacent thereto which bears a common wall.”. (b) Acquisition Authority.—Section 3 of such Act (16 U.S.C. 410oo–2) is amended— (1) by striking “paragraph (1) or (2)” and inserting “paragraph (1), (2), or (3)”; and (2) by adding at the end the following: “The Secretary may not acquire the property referred to in paragraph (3) of section 2(b) except by donation.”.
