REHABILITATION SERVICES FOR BLIND SSI RECIPIENTS.

SEC. 9112. REHABILITATION SERVICES FOR BLIND SSI RECIPIENTS. (a) In General.— Section 1631(a)(6) of the Social Security Act is amended— (1) by inserting “blindness (as determined under section 1614(a)(2)) or” before “disability (as determined under section 1614(a)(3))”; (2) by inserting “blindness or other” before “physical or mental impairment”; and (3) by inserting “blindness and” before “disability benefit rolls” in subparagraph (B). (b) Effective Date.— The amendments made by subsection (a) shall become effective April 1, 1988.
