Sec. 8141. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used in contravention of—(1) Executive Order No. 13175 (65 Fed. Reg. 67249; relating to consultation and coordination with Indian Tribal governments); or(2) section 1501.2(d)(2) of title 40, Code of Federal Regulations.
