Safe Schools and Citizenship Education For carrying out activities authorized by subparts 2 and 3 of part F of title IV of the ESEA, $190,754,000: Provided, That $95,000,000 shall be available for section 4631, of which up to $5,000,000, to remain available until expended, shall be for the Project School Emergency Response to Violence (Project SERV) program: Provided further, That $17,500,000 shall be available for section 4625: Provided further, That $78,254,000 shall be available through December 31, 2019, for section 4624.
