SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.Section 576 of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: “§ 576. Authorization of appropriations “There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of this subchapter not more than $2,000,000 for fiscal year 1990, $2,100,000 for fiscal year 1991, $2,200,000 for fiscal year 1992, $2,300,000 for fiscal year 1993, and $2,400,000 for fiscal year 1994. Of any amounts appropriated under this section, not more than $1,500 may be made available in each fiscal year for official representation and entertainment expenses for foreign dignitaries.”.
