SEC. 208. ADDITIONAL REPORT ON INCREASED AVAILABILITY OF OPIOID RECEPTOR ANTAGONISTS. Section 911(e)(2) of the Jason Simcakoski Memorial and Promise Act (Public Law 114–198; 38 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended by inserting “and not later than one year after the date of the enactment of the Department of Veterans Affairs Expiring Authorities Act of 2018” before “the Secretary shall”.
