SEC. 339. CIVIL PENALTIES FOR INTERFERENCE.(a) Interference With Cabin or Flight Crew.—Section 46318(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1) by inserting “or sexually” after “physically” each place it appears; and(2) by striking “$25,000” and inserting “$35,000”.
