Section 817(a) of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (49 U.S.C. 47125 note) is amended—(1) by striking “or section 23” and inserting “, section 23”; and132 STAT. 3212(2) by inserting “, or section 47125 of title 49, United States Code” before the period at the end.
