SEC. 522. AUTOMATIC DEPENDENT SURVEILLANCE-BROADCAST.(a) Repeal.—Subsection (b) of section 211 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (49 U.S.C. 40101 note) is repealed.(b) Requirement.—The Administrator shall ensure that any regulation issued pursuant to such subsection has no force or effect.
