SEC. 564. REGULATORY REFORM. Section 106(p)(5) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “Committee, or” and inserting “Committee,”; and(2) by striking the period at the end and inserting “, or such aerospace rulemaking committees as the Secretary shall designate.”.
