DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 1802. DEFINITIONS. In this division:(1) Appropriate committees of congress.—The term “appropriate committees of Congress” means—(A) the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate;(B) the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate;(C) the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives; and(D) the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives.(2) TSA.—The term “TSA” means the Transportation Security Administration.
