SEC. 1994. SAVINGS PROVISIONS. References relating to the Under Secretary of Transportation for Security in statutes, Executive orders, rules, regulations, directives, or delegations of authority that precede the effective date132 STAT. 3647of this Act shall be deemed to refer, as appropriate, to the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration.
