SEC. 104. MEMBERSHIP OF THE INTERAGENCY MARINE DEBRIS COORDINATING COMMITTEE. Section 5(b) of the Marine Debris Act (33 U.S.C. 1954(b)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (4), by striking “; and” and inserting a semicolon;(2) by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (7); and(3) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following:“(5) the Department of State;“(6) the Department of the Interior; and”.
