SEC. 2014. AUTHORIZATION FOR GRANTS FOR STATE PROGRAMS. Section 1443(a)(7) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–2(a)(7)) is amended by striking “$100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1997 through 2003” and inserting “$125,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 and 2021”.
