SEC. 301. LAND TRANSFER.The Secretary of Agriculture shall transfer, without consideration, to Florence F. Brown of Goleta, California, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcel of land located in the Los Padres National Forest which is comprised of approximately 104 STAT. 102740 acres and more particularly described as T. 5 N., R. 30 W., S.B.M., section 18, NE¼ SW¼.
