SEC. 106. CHAPTER 7.(a) Initial Matter.—Chapter 7 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning and inserting the following:“CHAPTER 7—COOPERATION “Sec. “701.
