SEC. 116. CHAPTER 27.(a) Initial Matter.—Chapter 27 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning and inserting the following:“CHAPTER 27—PAY, ALLOWANCES, AWARDS, AND OTHER RIGHTS AND BENEFITS “subchapter i— personnel rights and benefits “Sec. “2701. Transportation to and from certain places of employment.”.
