SEC. 509. TERMINATION OF UNSAFE OPERATIONS; TECHNICAL CORRECTION. Section 4505(2) of title 46, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “4503(1)” and inserting “4503(a)(2)”; and(2) by inserting before the period the following: “, except that this paragraph shall not apply with respect to a vessel to which section 4503a applies”.
