SEC. 9139. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS. (a) The last sentence of section 472(a) of the Social Security Act is amended by striking out “473(a)(1)(B)” and inserting in lieu thereof “473(a)(2)(B)”. (b) Section 201(b)(2)(B) of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 is amended by striking out “Section 473(a)(1) of such Act” and inserting in lieu thereof “Section 473(a)(2) of such Act (as amended by section 1711(a) of the Tax Reform Act of 1986)”.
