Office of the United States Trade Representative salaries and expenses (including transfer of funds) For necessary expenses of the Office of the United States Trade Representative, including the hire of passenger motor vehicles and the employment of experts and consultants as authorized by section 3109 of title 5, United States Code, $62,000,000, of which $1,000,000 shall remain available until expended: Provided, That of the total amount made available under this heading, up to $15,000,000 may be derived from the Trade Enforcement Trust Fund established in subsection (a) of section 611 of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 (19 U.S.C. 4405) for activities of the United States Trade Representative authorized by subsection (d) of such section, including transfers: Provided further, That any transfer pursuant to paragraph (1) of such subsection (d) shall be treated as a reprogramming under section 505 of this Act: Provided further, That of the total amount made available under this heading, not to exceed $124,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses.
