Sec. 110. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available in this or any other Act, with respect to any fiscal year, may be used in contravention of section 110 of the Commerce, 131 STAT. 192 Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2016 (Public Law 114–113).
